Arctic Duchess Adventures is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your
Personal Information. This Privacy Policy describes the Personal Information that Arctic Duchess
Adventures collects from or about you, as well as how we use and to whom we disclose that
information. Please review this entire document carefully.
In this Policy, when we use the terms “Arctic Duchess Adventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, we are

“Personal Information” means information that you to provide to us or that we may gather, and
includes, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information,
and details of your bank account. Personal Information also includes records of transactions processed
using the Arctic Duchess Adventures website or services. Personal Information does not include an
individual’s business contact information when collected, used or disclosed for the purposes of enabling
the individual to be contacted in relation to their business responsibilities.

By using Arctic Duchess Adventure’s services, accessing the Arctic Duchess Adventures website or by
choosing to make disclosure, you are consenting to Arctic Duchess Adventure’s collection, use, and

administrative authorities in connection with a pending civil case or administrative investigation.

public bulletin or forum is available to all users and visitors to that site. We cannot control, and will not

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
Our website may include features integrated with popular social media websites, such as the Facebook
Like button, Widgets, such as the Share This button, or interactive mini-programs that run within our
website. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Duchess Adventures any rights or obligations outside of, or in addition to, any rights or obligations
imposed by Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, as applicable. Should there be, in a specific
case, any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, as

applicable, this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted, in respect of that case, to give effect to, and comply
with, such privacy laws.

Terms & Conditions
Arctic Duchess Adventures (“ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES”)
PRICES DISPLAYED
ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated,
are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE & PRE-AUTHORIZATION
A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation. ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES reserves
the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be requested by email at Arcticduchess@gmail.com Our cancellation policy is as
follows:
· Reservations remain refundable to the original method of payment if canceled at least 48 hours
before your reservation time.
· As facility is on Great Slave Lake and a winter operation, we are subject to the weather and
snow/temperature conditions. On occasion, ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES may need to close
the facility on short notice due to weather and wind activity. If we must do this, we will notify
you by email as soon as possible and provide a full refund to the original method of payment.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
· Punch passes and gift certificates are non-refundable.
ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES declines all responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, illness, closure
or limitation of services, or change of schedule caused by an event of force majeure, such as bad
weather, labour strike, natural disaster, or any other event beyond the control of the business. Expenses
incurred as a result of any of these reasons will not be covered.
CONFIDENTIALITY
ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it.
This policy has been formulated to inform all of our guests of our firm commitment to this effect. No
personal information is collected or disclosed unless the prior consent of the user has been obtained
voluntarily by writing directly to an email address mentioned on our site, participating in a promotion,
registering for a service, creating a profile, or in any other similar way. For more information, see ARCTIC

CONFORMITY
In order to safely provide guests with the requested services, ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES reserves
the right to ask its guests to provide personal information or supporting documents if necessary. All
personal information will be kept in strictest confidence.
PROMOTIONAL USE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PERMISSION

Without prior written authorization from ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES, admission tickets cannot be
sold or used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries).
ELIGIBILITY
All guests must be at least 19 years of age to access the facility. Due to the restrictions inherent with
being a winter facility, unfortunately the site is not well adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The thermal experience is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, breathing
problems, angina, or diabetes.
It is strictly forbidden to bring in outside food or alcohol or drugs.
For our guests’ well-being, smoking and vaping are prohibited on site. This includes tobacco and the
consumption of any derivative of cannabis.
ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES reserves the right to inspect the bags of its visitors in the presence of the
guest in the event thatthere is reason to believe that they containitems against regulations.
REFUSAL OF ACCESS AND EXPULSION
ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES reserves the right to refuse access or expel a guest whom it considers
acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioral etiquette. Exchanges on our site, as well as our
social media platforms, must be carried out in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner. Guests
can express disagreement with an idea while respecting employees and other guests. Insulting,
threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. In addition, defamatory, indecent,
hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent
act will not be tolerated.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use and our cancellation policy at any time. The last
revision of these conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
