Winter Access
The Arctic Duchess is located on the south side of Jolliffe Island and is accessed by a maintained ice road. Just minutes from down town Yellowknife. Entrance to the ice road is at the public boat launch in oldtown located at the intersection of Macdonald drive and Wiley road. FOLLOW ROAD SIGNS TO DUCHESS
Summer Access
Our location is directly across from the Yvonne quick heritage wharf in old town. If using your own water craft you can use the multiple loading and off loading sites in old town to get on the water and access our barge. If booking a shuttle we will pick you up at the public boat launch in oldtown located at the intersection of Macdonald drive and Wiley road.
